That’s what one of Rick Jackson's companies and a doctor partner paid to settle an alleged kickback scheme.

They were sued by the U.S. Department of Justice and they paid.

Does that sound like an admission of guilt to you? It does to me.

And Jackson accuses Burt Jones of lying and stealing. Hypocritical?
