Burt Jones has been handed the winning ticket to the Georgia Governor’s office

Jackson is estimated to have spent an outrageous $100 million on TV attack ads and colorful mailers that are full of lies to vilify Burt Jones.

1. Several million dollars vanished from Georgia coffers and were deposited into Jackson’s pocket.

Based on testimony from Senator Ben Watson to the Georgia Senate, “Jackson Healthcare took over $930 million of taxpayer money with little or no oversight.” Watson stated that Jackson’s company was like the “fox in the hen house.” Watch the video of the Senator’s testimony below to confirm this allegation.

2.  Deceit: He claimed a $700,000 settlement was not an admission of guilt.

The US Department of Justice reported one of Rick Jackson's companies and a doctor partner were sued for medicare mishandling. They paid $700,000 to settle this alleged kickback scheme. Jackson claimed his healthcare company paid it, not him personally, implying he was not guilty. Does that sound like an admission of guilt to you? It does to me. Deceitful?

3. Deceitful actions to garner endorsements. 

Jackson allegedly offered a $2 million donation to House Chairman, Jon Burns’ PAC in exchange for endorsements from 50 House representatives. This is clearly a deceitful maneuver. This sounds like buying votes to me.

4. More Deceit: Jackson created the illusion of Trump’s endorsement. 

Trump’s image was frequently photoshopped into Jackson’s ads to insinuate endorsement. Trump has never endorsed Jackson. More lies and deceit.

5. Jackson lied about Burt Jones using his power to profit from data centers and land sales.

Jackson claimed Burt Jones and his family pocketed millions of dollars of taxpayer money by building data centers and selling family farmland. That’s a lie. Watch the video of Burt telling the real story. 

6. Jackson frequently claimed he was  a strong supporter of President Trump and MAGA. 

His actions don’t match his words. He made a sizable donation to Liz Cheney after she voted to impeach Trump. He made a large donation to Nikki Haley when she opposed Trump for President. He also made donations to turncoat Geoff Duncan. 

Truth: His reported $1million donation to President Trump was made only after Trump was elected. 

In 2025, Jackson’s wife made a large donation to Democrat candidate Jon Ossoff.

7.  Frequently contradicts himself. More lies.

Watch the video below of Jackson being questioned at a recent Banks County GOP meeting. Jackson stated his companies don’t deal with medicare, they only deal with hospitals. That sounds like a sleight of hand.  Was it a kickback or not, Rick?
